Policies

RETURNS & WARRANTY

We provide free returns (no restock fees) on all undamaged items within 90 days of your order's delivery date. If we sent the incorrect product or there is a defect, we will help you return the item at no charge. If you ordered the incorrect item, we just ask that you cover the return shipping cost, and we will happily refund you the cost of the product as long as it's returned in new, re-sellable condition. Once the item(s) is in our hands, we will issue the refund to your credit card/bank immediately. Please allow several business days for the funds to hit your account, and then contact us to follow-up if necessary. 

Please contact us via phone or email before sending back any items so that we can properly authorize your return. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return if it has not been authorized and assigned an RGA number prior to receiving.

We provide the same warranty on all parts as the manufacturers of the part, but this may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. These are typically determined on a case by case basis, so please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to help you immediately. 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If you have received an item that was damaged during shipment, please keep all packaging material and contact us immediately so we can help. We will arrange for another shipment as soon as possible. 

SHIPPING

We ship Monday - Friday (minus most calendar holidays) until 4:30 pm EST, from Grand Rapids, Michigan. That means if you order on our site at 4:30 pm EST, and the product(s) is in stock, we should be able to ship it that night. If you need an item expedited with next day delivery (etc.), please call us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for the shipment. For in-stock orders that are placed on our website over the weekend, we ship these orders on Mondays or the following non-holiday business day. 

Our standard carrier / shipping method is with UPS. We can provide our customers with the best shipping rates using this carrier. If you are having your package delivered to a PO box, please verify that the office will accept large packages delivered via UPS. Some post offices will refuse to accept large items. If you require USPS to deliver to a PO box, or need to select a different carrier, please contact us. 

Pick-up is also available from our facility in Grand Rapids, MI for those who are local, or traveling through our area. While we are happy to help customers who walk-in, we can better serve you if you call before arriving. 

Shipping and handling charges are calculated during the checkout process and can vary based on the price, dimensions, and weight of products purchased. Cost of shipping is taxable in states in which we charge sales tax. 

If one or more items in your order is out of stock, the entire order will not ship until all items are in stock. Please call or email to specify if you would like your order sent in multiple shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply.

SALES TAX

We charge sales tax in Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Texas, and Wisconsin. If you have a sales tax exemption certificate, we can set your account up as exempt. Please email us your form at < orders@rveliteparts.com >.

PAYMENTS

For website orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover credit card payments. You may also contact us via phone to provide your credit card information, and schedule a wire transfer / electronic funds transfer (EFT).
